Please read and understand these Terms of Service:
Actually read these, they're not just the typical nomenclature.

Basic Terms

1. You must be 13 years and older to use this site.
2. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your user name.
3. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
4. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Stickypix.net users.
5. You may not use the Sticky Pix service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
   International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
6. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics,
   photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links (“Content”)that you submit, post, and display
   on the Sticky Pix service.
7. Sticky Pix is intended for personal use and is not a generic hosting service. Professional
   or corporate uses of Sticky Pix are prohibited.
8. You must not modify, adapt or hack Sticky Pix or modify another website so as to falsely imply
   that it is associated with Sticky Pix.
9. You must not create or submit unwanted email to any Sticky Pix members (“Spam”).
10. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
11. You must not, in the use of Sticky Pix, violate any laws in your jurisdiction
    (including but not limited to copyright laws).
12. You must not use Sticky Pix as a method of harassment or to disclose the personal information of yourself or others.

General Conditions:
1. No copyright infringement.
Do not store or distribute copyrighted material if you do not have the right to do so. This includes, but is not limited to MP3's, Movies, Games, programs. All suspected warez files will be removed and you will receive a warning. If future files are upload, your account will be suspended.

2. No account sharing.
You may not share your account with other people. Please keep your password private. Further more, each member is limited to one account. Additional accounts will be removed.

3. No invalid file formats.
Please do not upload files with an invalid extension or in an invalid format for the purpose of circumventing the rules. All files that do not match their file extension or type will be deleted. For example, an MPG file labeled as a TXT file will be deleted (and vise-versa). NO PHP PLEASE!

4. No prohibited content.
Do not upload any prohibited content, including anything that even remotely resembles child pornography, or pornography in general. Any suspect files are turned over to the appropriate authorities and/or to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

5. Do not harm the File Server
Anyone caught trying to hack or in anyway harm this service will have their account terminated and the proper authorities will be contacted in the situation. I'm offering you a free service, don't ruin it for yourself and others. Have some sense of maturity here.

6. Do not abuse your rights
You are given a massive amount of storage and bandwidth. Do not mirror out file downloads, if you use what is considered an extreme amount of bandwidth your account will be suspended until reasons given why such bandwidth was used. This is a personal file server, not a web hosting site. Further more, if this service is used in anyway for spamming, phishing, or illegal transfer of files, your account will be terminated and you will be blocked from the service.

7. Refund Policy
All paid accounts can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of subscription creation, no questions asked. No refunds will be granted after 14 days from subscription creation. To cancel your account email support@stickypix.net with username, email and password or cancel your subscription through your PayPal account.

Additional Conditions:

1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Sticky Pix service for any reason, without notice at any time.
2. We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change
   to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via internet mail according to the preference expressed on your account.
   What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common
   sense and reasonable judgment.
3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine
   in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise
   objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
5. The Sticky Pix service makes it possible to post images and sounds hosted on BOXSTr to outside websites.
   This use is accepted (and even encouraged!). However, pages on other websites which display
   images hosted on Sticky Pix must provide a link back to Sticky Pix from each photo/sound to its
   site of origin on Sticky Pix.
6. Your account will also be terminated if it is used for hosting graphic elements of web page designs,
   icons, smiles, buddy icons, forum avatars, badges and other non-photographic elements on external websites.

To maintain a stable system and provide the highest level of storage for all members, accounts that have been inactive for 30 days will have their files removed. As long as you keep an active account your files will never get deleted, regardless to size or usage.

 

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Sticky Pix account.
While Sticky Pix prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Sticky Pix
cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed
to such materials and that you use the Sticky Pix service at your own risk.

Files are in no way guaranteed 100% safe.

Through signing up you agree to the Terms of Services listed on this page.

Sticky Pix  reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspect of its services at any time, including the availability of any feature, Private Content, or Public Content, without prior notice or liability to You. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason or for no reason by sending notice of termination to the other party. Each party expressly waives any and all claims it may have against the other party arising out of or related to any such termination at will.
